Asked Questions

  • Turnaround is usually 1 - 3 business days after the order date. We are a small business, some products are handmade to order and only a single person is shipping out orders. Shop updates might cause some delay due to demand.

    Shipping times may be impacted due to the global impacts of Covid-19. We appreciate your support and patience!

  • Some of the physical products we offer, mainly game books, come with a digital copy to download. Due to limitations of our website, links to download these will be sent to the e-mail address associated with the order when applicable.

    E-mails will come from hello (at) dinoberrypress dot com, and will contain a link to claim and download the digital copy from itch.io.

  • Snail Mail is the cheapest option for shipping lightweight products like stickers, some bookmarks, and postcards via letter mail.

    Orders with product weights that add up to no more than 1 ounce (that’s about ten 3” stickers) will qualify for the Snail Mail discount.

    Tracking is unavailable for Snail Mail and it can take anywhere between 2 - 3 weeks within the US or up to 5 - 8 weeks internationally. If your Snail Mailed order does not arrive after this allotted time, please contact us with your name and Order Number.

    When an order is ineligible for Snail Mail, the cost will automatically jump to a ridiculous price. If we find this shipping option selected by mistake, we will inform you by email and promptly cancel your order.

    Please take your time at checkout and select your options carefully to avoid this.

  • Our studio is based in the US and we will gladly ship international orders.

    As of July 1st, 2021, EU and UK customers have to pay additional VAT Taxes and Service Fees incurred at your country’s customs office. This applies to all packages, regardless of their value.

    Dinoberry Press will not be collecting or remitting VAT or other similar customs fees or taxes, meaning it will be collected by your country when it reaches customs.

    Please be aware of your country’s customs charges, you are responsible for them.

    If you refuse to pay these fees, a refund for the item can only be redeemed after the package returns to us.

  • We’re not perfect, but we are always looking for new ways to improve.

    The cards, prints, journals and games printed in-house are all printed on recycled papers ranging from 30% to 100% post-consumer waste material.

    Our kraft mailers are made with 100% recycled material, 90% post-consumer waste, sourced from EcoEnclose. They are curbside recyclable and naturally biodegradable.

    You will find reused and recycled packing materials to protect your orders! Every piece of bubble wrap we use is never new. Our cardboard inserts are often reused pieces hand-cut from cardboard boxes.

    To protect our paper products from water damage we will usually insert them into protective sleeves, plastic or glassine. Fragile items we ship are often protected with reused bubble wrap or tissue paper. However, if you opt-in to our Minimal Packaging 🌿 option we will reduce our use of plastics in your order and do our best to use paper-based alternatives instead.

    This is a great option for those with limited access to recycling facilities or if you know there is little risk of harsh weather or water damage in your area.

    We encourage you to reuse or recycle any shipping and packing materials that come from our orders!

  • Provided the piece you want to return is in-tact, you have two weeks after arrival to reach out for a return using the contact form. You are responsible for all shipping costs. You’ll receive a refund after it returns to us safe and sound.

    If the product you wish to return includes access to a digital version, do not interact with the download link. We are not able to accept a return or give a refund for downloaded digital products.

    For any issues, don’t hesitate to reach out so we can discuss what we can do to help.

  • As a small business we use our profits to reinvest in expanding our studio. Each product costs us time, labor, and sometimes one-of-a-kind materials. As such, we ask you to consider your purchases carefully because we do not offer refunds unless items are returned to us undamaged.

    We cannot accept refunds for any downloaded digital products at all. Please read descriptions carefully before making any purchases. You can always reach out to us via the contact form if you have any questions about a product before you purchase.

    Partially used Gift Cards can’t be refunded. Partial refunds are not possible.

    Exchanges are not offered for any items in our shop.

    If you notice any errors after checkout or on your receipts, please contact us with your Order Number as soon as possible so we can cancel or correct your order before anything is shipped.

  • Shipping times may be impacted due to the global impacts of Covid-19. If you suspect a package might have gotten lost in transit, let us know so we can reach out to the carrier.

    Please email us or use our contact form and be sure to include your name and Order Number so we can investigate. We’ll respond by email ASAP (usually within the next business day) and ask for photos of damaged products. We’ll do what we can to help.
